# Phase 2 — Content map: EVOCEAN GmbH

Production date: 01.Nov.2026

## 0. Document control

Client: EVOCEAN GmbH · Domain: https://www.evocean.com · Version: 1.6 · Status: final Phase 2 review draft incorporating the five approved Phase 2 directions, subsequent client service facts, the client’s home-positioning, 15-minute-call, Strategic AI Collaboration, EVOLVIA and Life Sciences inputs (31 October 2026), the follow-up open-input session (1 November 2026): DOORS Next Evaluation package, EVOLVIA phased governance and adaptation process, generic computer-vision framing, confirmed booking fields and public-archive treatment for ConDisSca and Node-RED — and the closing gap review (1 November 2026): Worktransformation three-pillar positioning, monday.com left out, continuous-improvement merge, audience-based topic-site embedding, English-first language strategy and FAQ deferral to Phase 3.

Basis: completed D1 inventory and appendix, D2 asset inventory, the original Silverbush rebuild prompt, client service inputs and targeted live Rhapsody agenda review, and client-supplied EVOCEAN Design System v2.0 with replacement evocean-token-pack-2.zip (31 October 2026). The replacement pack supersedes the earlier pack where they differ. Existing inventory facts are D1 observations [C]; destinations and actions are Phase 2 recommendations [+]. Client-confirmed service facts are labelled separately below. No new full crawl, deletions, redirects or booking implementation were performed.

This is the D5 content map, not the approved Phase 3 sitemap or final copy. Destination names are provisional editorial buckets, not created website routes. “Keep” preserves source substance; “remove” is a recommendation or broken-link cleanup, never an executed deletion. Shared-form query variants are retained as distinct source references because their context may differ.

## 1. Mapping principles and design inputs

- Approved direction (Decision 3): five separate topic sites, each with its own go-to-market and lead generation; evocean.com is the shared corporate entry linking to all five and the equal-priority offer areas, with consistent EVOCEAN branding. No consolidation or migration.
- English is the original; German pages live at /de with product names unchanged. Approved direction (Decision 1): useful French content stays public at its current addresses; new French translations are deferred.
- Lead with buyer needs and evidenced expertise. Reuse substantive technical content, individual customer stories and course resources without copying the old mega-menu structure.
- Use calm sentence-case copy and the supplied “Book a 15-min call” / “15-Min.-Gespräch buchen” CTA. No hype, emoji, invented testimonials, prices, certifications or SLAs. Digital Adoption: web applications only.
- Visual reference for later build: supplied purple/gold tokens and logo variants; Sora / Hanken Grotesk / JetBrains Mono, self-hosted; topic accents for wayfinding only. Gold is reserved for one main action per view, not decoration. Evolvia has no supplied topic accent and requires clarification.
- The replacement token pack uses legacy Tailwind syntax; adapt it to Tailwind v4 without changing the supplied brand values. Foreground/night is #100A15. Its night-based hero and CTA-band gradients stay identical in both themes, with hero light behind the visual rather than the headline. These are future-site references, not a new Phase 2 hero or prototype.
- Default logo: the supplied full-colour “guiding you beyond” lockup at least 200px wide on light surfaces; use the reverse lockup on dark surfaces and the wordmark-only variant where the lockup would be below 200px. The logo stays flat; supplied pixel cubes are reserved for future hero visuals and intros/outros.
- Document headers retain the exact D2 logo URL required by the prompt. The new logo pack is the future-site brand reference; D1 remains the historical baseline and is not rewritten as a new design audit.

## 2. Coverage and limits

179 D1 HTML references · 33 additional sitemap references · 22 PDF/document references · 5 existing redirect records · 3 broken-source records = **242 mapped records**. **13 missing-content briefs** follow. Counts are source records, not the number of future pages.

D1's summary calls out 8 EN customer stories, while its complete URL list contains additional customer-story URLs, including a test page. D5 maps every listed URL rather than accepting the summary as a removal list. Its content-depth ratings use word counts inflated by template text; they are not proof of useful content. Body-level quality for appendix-only pages is not independently reassessed. Sitemap-only URLs are unverified candidates, not confirmed HTTP-200 pages.

The 78 media assets remain fully catalogued in D2. PDFs listed in D1 are mapped below; images, logos and videos follow their owning content destinations, with D2's reuse checks and the new imagery guidelines. No additional asset audit is claimed.

## 3. Existing-to-future content map

Each table has the five required D5 columns. Flags appear in Reason: redundant · outdated · weak messaging. “None” means D1 identified no such content flag, not that the future page needs no editing.

### D1 HTML

| Existing Content | Source URL | Future Page | Action | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| / | https://evocean.com/ | Home — customer entry | rewrite | [weak messaging] D1 §§1, 9: no H1, one generic CTA. Route visitors by customer need first to the five topic sites and the equal-priority offer areas; use supported proof and “Book a 15-min call”. Client-supplied positioning input, not approved final copy: “We leverage tools and support them for long term success and sustainability” — tools applied in keeping with their underlying approach (“DNA”) so they remain viable and customers gain lasting benefit; not an environmental claim. Customers seek EVOCEAN for its expertise and positioning; a niche boutique working at eye level, sincerely, for long-term partnerships. The reported high success rate has no supplied definition or evidence. Primary audience: decision-makers in R&D and IT who want to leverage their teams’ work. Visitor paths run customer need first, then the relevant offer. Priority areas, equal and not a ranking, and offer areas rather than final labels: Rhapsody Trainings; IBM ELM rollouts or support; Perforce P4 and Perforce P4 Plan kept distinct; Digital Adoption; ReqIF. Corporate paths to Life Sciences, Worktransformation and Evolvia remain. |

| /fr | https://evocean.com/fr | French — preserved at current address — Home — customer entry | rewrite | [weak messaging] D1 §§1, 9: no H1, one generic CTA. ## 4. Missing content — creation briefs

| Future Page | Missing Content | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| IBM ELM Consulting & Administration | [MISSING — to be created] Create the service brief from confirmed methodology, DOORS Next configuration/migration and administration facts, including the client-supplied DOORS Next Evaluation package. Pending: exact administration/hosting terms and approved evidence; no named staff. | Client-confirmed: requirements methodology and supplier requirements interchange; process-aligned IBM DOORS Next configuration workshops, startup and migration from DOORS Classic or other tools; administration and installation in EVOCEAN cloud or locally at the customer. Online/on-site delivery follows team needs, cost and value. Connect requirements exchange to reqif.evocean.com. Hosting terms and evidence pending; brand expertise as EVOCEAN, not named staff. Client-supplied DOORS Next Evaluation package (1 November 2026): evaluate DOORS Next in weeks with the customer’s own requirements before committing. Remote setup — EVOCEAN guides installation on the customer’s servers and agrees evaluation goals. Configure and train — 2 days on site, team of up to 10 learns hands-on while the configuration is adapted. Supported evaluation — the team works with real data, EVOCEAN available about one day per week remotely. Decide with clarity — monthly reports as a sound decision basis. End results: DOORS Next running on customer infrastructure, an independent team, a fitted configuration, monthly progress reports, and a configuration summary with next-step recommendation. CTA: book a 15-min call. Client-supplied offer copy, not approved final wording; pricing, contract terms and exact duration unspecified. |
| Rhapsody Trainings | [MISSING — to be created] Create the training brief from confirmed core agendas, mixed audiences, prerequisites, tailored baselines, languages and participant limits. Pending: specialist-course currency, versions/computer setup, licence terms, dates/prices and evidence. Premium Support scope/exclusions explicitly deferred. | Client-confirmed: mixed audiences, systems and software perspectives; understand Rhapsody’s underlying approach and breadth to apply it correctly. Core website agendas remain broadly representative, with 3-day systems and 3-day software baselines adapted to goals and experience. On-site preferred, maximum 10; online maximum 8. Languages: English, German, French. EVOCEAN or customer can arrange licences and exercises. Enquiry-led; Premium Support, guidance and customer-specific workshops are follow-on services, not assumed included. No individual staff names; evidence placeholders only. Approved Decision 5: future admin panel for planning/publication, not implemented. |
| Perforce P4 (Helix Core) | [MISSING — to be created] Create a licence/renewal-led brief with specialist network assistance when needed. Distinguish confirmed software/chip-design/CAD/SPS focus from proposed Unity. Pending: named tools, supported compatibility, commercial terms and evidence. | Client-confirmed: primarily licences and renewals; highly specific, needs-led assistance arranged through EVOCEAN’s network, not a standard in-house consulting package. Focus on software across domains, IC Manage and other chip-design software, specific CAD systems and SPS/PLC software. Unity remains a proposed use case, not proven customer experience. Named systems, technical compatibility, commercial terms and approved customer evidence pending. |
| Home | [MISSING — to be created] Concise customer-entry proposition and routing summaries for the five topic sites and the equal-priority offer areas, built from the client-supplied positioning input and audience/priority direction | Client-supplied positioning input, not approved final copy: “We leverage tools and support them for long term success and sustainability” — tools applied in keeping with their underlying approach (“DNA”) so they remain viable and customers gain lasting benefit; not an environmental claim. No quantified claim, final customer-need label or topic-site proposition invented. |
| Home / customer stories / service pages | [MISSING — to be created] Approved testimonials, client logos and attributable outcomes; named certifications only with evidence | D1 TRU-02 and approved direction (Decision 4): draft placeholders only, marked pending client input; never shown as public evidence. |
| Contact — 15-min call | [MISSING — to be created] Real booking destination, slot availability, topic routing and privacy wording for the confirmed call purpose and booking fields | Client-confirmed 15-minute call: the purpose is to clarify one of EVOCEAN’s topics or to discuss Strategic AI Collaboration in safety-critical environments, medtech and robotics; the intended outcome is that the customer sees the potential for collaboration and a deeper workshop. Visitors share their challenge and/or goal plus context. Confirmed booking fields (1 November 2026): name, email, company, phone and a topic picker. EVOCEAN manages available slots and receives bookings, planned via the approved future admin panel. Topic-picker list, confirmation mechanics, calendar tool, availability, assignee, notification routing and privacy wording are not supplied; none invented. Availability, tool and routing not supplied; none invented. |
| Public-sector audience — deferred | [MISSING — to be created] Deferred at the client’s request for the Phase 2 review; scope and approved evidence remain open | Client deferral on 31 October 2026: leave scope and evidence pending; do not remove the broader B2G audience, source content or inventory records, and do not reopen the gap without a client request. |
| German /de mirrors | [MISSING — to be created] German versions of the new service offers and missing source-language counterparts | Client-confirmed language strategy (1 November 2026): focus on English first; once English is finalised, translate everything to German, possibly with an internal approval workflow in the backend app (as the client did for another app). FAQs are deferred to the Phase 3 copy/SEO phase, answered only from validated service facts. Client guidelines: English original, German at /de; original-language note and unchanged product names. |
| Life Sciences corporate entry | [MISSING — to be created] Corporate routing summary grounded in the confirmed Pharma, Biotech and MedTech quality/compliance focus, with AI as an opportunity | Client-confirmed Life Sciences entry purpose: address the specific Pharma, Biotech and MedTech domains and their quality and compliance challenges, where AI could provide significant leverage. Treat AI leverage as opportunity, not verified results, a compliance guarantee or confirmed delivery of every website capability. Use the existing https://lifesciences.evocean.com website as source context without duplicating or inventing its regulated-industry claims. Client-clarified topic-site embedding (1 November 2026): the corporate paths are not one equal family — Life Sciences is about Quality Improvement, addressing Quality Leaders; Worktransformation is about work, addressing HR, with applications also in Life Sciences and quality; EVOLVIA is about improving safety-critical embedded engineering and sits with the R&D services alongside IBM ELM. Corporate entries reflect these audience contexts rather than a generic shared section. |
| Worktransformation corporate entry | [MISSING — to be created] Corporate routing summary for https://worktransformation.evocean.com built on the confirmed three-pillar positioning | Client-confirmed Worktransformation positioning (1 November 2026): leveraging the employee in the digital transformation context, built on three pillars — Clarity (turn system logs into actionable process insights), Capability (in-app guidance that simplifies tasks, reduces friction and makes work more engaging) and Cognition (reduce cognitive burden and orchestrate work intelligently, with AI agents supporting what people do best). The monday.com partnership exists but never grew and is left out of the future offer; the direction is specific AI solutions, as done with Silverbush in the SME context. The continuous-improvement service belongs to Worktransformation and merges into the topic site. D1 CNV-02: missing link from corporate site; use the supplied spelling and emerald wayfinding. |
| Evolvia corporate entry | [MISSING — to be created] Corporate entry presenting the confirmed prototype AI Test Engineer proposition, placed with the R&D services alongside IBM ELM and linking to the independent topic site | Client-confirmed EVOLVIA proposition: a prototype AI Test Engineer for safety-critical embedded software, adaptable to customer-specific environments and needs. Review of https://evolvia.evocean.com (31 October 2026) records source-stated capabilities: test analysis, generation, execution and correction toward MC/DC/branch/statement coverage objectives, code-aware remediation, and requirements-to-code-to-test traceability and documentation. The client states that, given the context, it tests toward full MC/DC coverage, sometimes requests input where decisions are unclear and documents the work completely — a client-stated capability, not a guarantee, and never “no human input required”. Governance reconciled by the client (1 November 2026), phased: EVOLVIA works autonomously in analysis and testing, then engineer approval gates any code or test changes — never “no human input required” and no autonomous authority over changes. Adaptation process: a days-long discovery and needs-setting workshop, then on-cloud or on-site sovereign set-up, tool integration (already available or to be built), and a lead model — the customer leads with EVOCEAN coaching, or EVOCEAN leads while keeping the customer in the loop. No fixed PoC durations, integration lists or pricing invented. Prototype status is preserved: never production-ready, certified or an autonomous safety authority. Website performance figures, compatibility and compliance claims are not automatically verified or approved for reuse. Supplied design system has no Evolvia topic accent; do not invent one. |
| Strategic AI Collaboration — corporate offer page | [MISSING — to be created] Creation brief for the separate broader offer: workshops, university research collaboration, use-case prototypes and sovereign-AI setup, linking to EVOLVIA as a prototype example | Client-confirmed Strategic AI Collaboration, available to customers now: workshops to define potential approaches; collaboration with university research; prototypes for specific use cases; tool setup for sovereign AI, meaning local installation of models — no offline-operation, data-handling, licence or compliance promises. Audience focus: MedTech, Robotics and computer vision, plus organisations seeking strategic collaboration or deep research without sufficient internal resources; the offer is not restricted to these sectors and no buyer roles are invented. Computer-vision applications stay generic for now (client decision, 1 November 2026): potential areas where EVOCEAN has expertise and deep research collaboration with universities, without named institutions or implied formal partnerships. Expertise is an unnamed AI professor with decades of DevSecOps experience (client-reported, not verified; the informal “Guru” wording is never public copy). EVOLVIA emerged from this work and stays an independent topic site, referenced as a prototype example, not the home of the whole offer. Named research institutions, example cases, delivery arrangements and page placement pending. |
| Service and topic pages | [MISSING — to be created] Approved FAQ answers on scope, prerequisites, delivery and support boundaries | D1 AI-03: no FAQ evidenced. Client decision (1 November 2026): FAQs deferred to the Phase 3 copy/SEO phase; answer only from validated service facts. |

## 5. Approved Phase 2 directions and open inputs

All five directions were explicitly approved on 31 October 2026 as assessment direction only. They do not authorise live changes, deletion, redirects, publication, booking activation or Phase 3.

| Decision | Approved direction | Still needed from client |
|---|---|---|
| 1. French content | Preserve useful French pages publicly at current addresses; review outdated claims; mark historical material; defer new translations; no blanket redirects | Individual retirement reviews, French content owner |
| 2. Legacy portfolio | Eliminate Watson IoT; keep DOORS Classic (esp. migration to DOORS Next); keep Hansoft as Perforce P4 Plan (Jira alternative, Hansoft findable); archive ConDisSca and Node-RED as a public, clearly labelled historical archive at current addresses | Exact migration scope, archive label wording, support obligations |
| 3. Topic sites | Five separate sites with own marketing and lead generation; evocean.com as shared entry; consistent branding | Content approvers, Evolvia topic accent |
| 4. Proof | Draft placeholders for references, testimonials, outcomes, certifications and B2G proof; not public | Approved evidence and publication permission |
| 5. Training and consultation | Enquiry-led training; direct booking of available 15-min call slots; future admin panel for planning/publication; booking fields name, email, company, phone and topic picker | Remaining course details, scheduling tool, availability, topic-picker list and confirmation mechanics |

### Service facts incorporated — confirmed versus pending

Confirmation below establishes assessment facts, not approval of final copy or publication. The service gaps remain creation briefs, not completed service pages.

- **IBM ELM:** Client-confirmed: requirements methodology and supplier requirements interchange; process-aligned IBM DOORS Next configuration workshops, startup and migration from DOORS Classic or other tools; administration and installation in EVOCEAN cloud or locally at the customer. CTA: book a 15-min call. Client-supplied offer copy, not approved final wording; pricing, contract terms and exact duration unspecified.
- **Rhapsody:** Client-confirmed: mixed audiences, systems and software perspectives; understand Rhapsody’s underlying approach and breadth to apply it correctly.
- **Perforce P4:** Client-confirmed: primarily licences and renewals; highly specific, needs-led assistance arranged through EVOCEAN’s network, not a standard in-house consulting package. Focus on software across domains, IC Manage and other chip-design software, specific CAD systems and SPS/PLC software. Unity remains a proposed use case, not proven customer experience. Named systems, technical compatibility, commercial terms and approved customer evidence pending.
- **Home positioning:** Client-supplied positioning input, not approved final copy: “We leverage tools and support them for long term success and sustainability” — tools applied in keeping with their underlying approach (“DNA”) so they remain viable and customers gain lasting benefit; not an environmental claim. Corporate paths to Life Sciences, Worktransformation and Evolvia remain.
- **15-minute consultation:** Client-confirmed 15-minute call: the purpose is to clarify one of EVOCEAN’s topics or to discuss Strategic AI Collaboration in safety-critical environments, medtech and robotics; the intended outcome is that the customer sees the potential for collaboration and a deeper workshop. Visitors share their challenge and/or goal plus context. Confirmed booking fields (1 November 2026): name, email, company, phone and a topic picker. EVOCEAN manages available slots and receives bookings, planned via the approved future admin panel. Topic-picker list, confirmation mechanics, calendar tool, availability, assignee, notification routing and privacy wording are not supplied; none invented.
- **Strategic AI Collaboration:** Client-confirmed Strategic AI Collaboration, available to customers now: workshops to define potential approaches; collaboration with university research; prototypes for specific use cases; tool setup for sovereign AI, meaning local installation of models — no offline-operation, data-handling, licence or compliance promises.
- **EVOLVIA:** Client-confirmed EVOLVIA proposition: a prototype AI Test Engineer for safety-critical embedded software, adaptable to customer-specific environments and needs.
- **Life Sciences:** Client-confirmed Life Sciences entry purpose: address the specific Pharma, Biotech and MedTech domains and their quality and compliance challenges, where AI could provide significant leverage. Treat AI leverage as opportunity, not verified results, a compliance guarantee or confirmed delivery of every website capability. Use the existing https://lifesciences.evocean.com website as source context without duplicating or inventing its regulated-industry claims.
- **Worktransformation:** Client-confirmed Worktransformation positioning (1 November 2026): leveraging the employee in the digital transformation context, built on three pillars — Clarity (turn system logs into actionable process insights), Capability (in-app guidance that simplifies tasks, reduces friction and makes work more engaging) and Cognition (reduce cognitive burden and orchestrate work intelligently, with AI agents supporting what people do best). Corporate entries reflect these audience contexts rather than a generic shared section.
- **Language strategy and FAQs:** Client-confirmed language strategy (1 November 2026): focus on English first; once English is finalised, translate everything to German, possibly with an internal approval workflow in the backend app (as the client did for another app). FAQs are deferred to the Phase 3 copy/SEO phase, answered only from validated service facts.

**Rhapsody agenda sources:** https://evocean.com/events/ibm-rhapsody-for-systems-engineers (SysML/MBSE, requirements, analysis and design) and https://evocean.com/events/ibm-rhapsody-for-software-engineers (software architecture, code generation, testing and debugging). Client confirms broad agenda currency and the website's three-day baselines, adapted to goals and experience.

**Baseline prerequisites:** systems-engineering experience or interest, SysML helpful but not required; software training: C++ project experience, UML/object-orientation helpful but not required. Adapt to the team; obsolete operating-system requirements are not confirmed. Other specialist courses and conflicting historical durations require separate review.

**Evidence and attribution:** keep individual staff unnamed and brand the offer as EVOCEAN. Decades of trainer experience are client-reported; the comparative exceptional-feedback claim requires evidence and approved wording. Customer/project references remain draft placeholders awaiting new client input and publication permission. The reported SPS/PLC customer is internal context, not a publishable size or outcome claim. The Strategic AI expert stays unnamed; credentials are client-reported and the informal “Guru” wording is not public copy.

**Still pending or deferred:** ELM hosting/administration terms and evaluation-package pricing/duration; Rhapsody specialist-course scope, versions, practical setup requirements, licence inclusion/terms, dates and prices; Premium Support scope/exclusions explicitly deferred at the client's request; P4 named CAD/chip-design systems, compatibility, network arrangements and commercial terms; Strategic AI research institutions, example cases, delivery arrangements and page placement; EVOLVIA validated capability evidence; consultation topic-picker list, confirmation mechanics, calendar tool, availability, routing and privacy wording; archive label wording and support obligations; approved evidence for all offers. English/German/French training capability does not activate French website translations. The public-sector gap is deferred at the client's request. No support SLA or inclusion in training is inferred.

## 6. Phase boundary

D5 is complete as a review draft. Conditional choices remain visible; they do not authorise deletion, migration or unsupported claims. Phase 3 determines the final architecture only after confirmation. This phase does not generate D6/D7, new website copy, a prototype or a migration plan.

**Phase 2 complete — confirm to continue.**
