## Summary
The language model keeps English as the master language, reserves German counterparts under /de/ and retains the French pages at their current addresses. All 229 planning nodes are classified: 93 English master pages, 67 German counterparts, 37 German legacy sources and 32 French pages. Hreflang clusters, the language switcher and the localisation rules are specified. No translation, publication or redirect takes place.

## Key Findings / Decisions
| # | Finding / Decision | Impact | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | English is authored and approved first; German counterparts are translated only after English is finalised, possibly with an internal approval workflow in the back end. | High | Agreed |
| 2 | French pages keep their current addresses with self-referencing hreflang only; no new French translation until you activate it. | High | Agreed |
| 3 | x-default points to English; the five topic subdomains keep their own language setup. | Medium | Agreed |
| 4 | German legacy sources without an English pair stay under review; nothing is deleted or redirected. | Medium | Open |
