## Summary
The design concept evolves the existing EVOCEAN brand rather than rebranding, built on the token pack v2.0 you supplied: 18 light/dark token pairs around the logo purple, 24 contrast checks that all pass WCAG AA, and all 8 design-debt items from Phase 1 resolved. A complete favicon set — ICO, PNG sizes, SVG and web manifest — was rendered from the EVOCEAN mark. The concept is assessment-only and is not applied to the live website.
