Status: final Phase 3 architecture proposal for client review, based on D5 v1.6. Phase 3 was explicitly authorised on 1 November 2026. Final structure does not mean approval to publish; detailed copy, evidence, translations, individual URL changes and conditional pages remain gated.
Basis: frozen D5 v1.6 (242 records and 13 gap briefs), D1/D2, approved client facts and original Silverbush prompt. Architecture labels and slugs are Phase 3 recommendations [+], not final publication wording. No new crawl, live changes, redirects, deletions, booking activation, admin panel or topic-site modifications.
1. Scope and architecture decisions
- Corporate evocean.com is the shared entry. Five independent topic sites retain their own go-to-market and lead generation; their internal trees are outside this sitemap.
- Home introduces customer needs first. Rhapsody, IBM ELM, P4, P4 Plan, Digital Adoption and ReqIF receive equal priority; list order is not ranking. P4 and P4 Plan remain distinct. Life Sciences addresses Quality Leaders; Worktransformation addresses HR/work; EVOLVIA sits with R&D engineering beside IBM ELM, not in a generic three-topic family.
- Services, tools/licences and training stay discoverable as distinct catalogue views. No fabricated SKUs, pricing tiers, online ordering, logistics, partner portal or SLAs. Licensing and renewals are enquiry-led; missing commercial detail is pending, not removed from the requirements.
- Preserve existing useful article URLs. Simplify category navigation as metadata, not mass article consolidation. Historical event pages are reference material, never current availability.
- Reserve customer-story draft slots without exposing placeholders as evidence. Consolidate partners into a reviewed directory; no dedicated public-sector page or invented proof. Careers, terms, newsletter and non-Watson IoT remain explicitly conditional.
- English first; full German counterparts reserved after English finalisation. Existing German source slots are separate pending reconciliation records, not assumed extra final German pages. Useful French remains at current addresses; no new French translation, blanket redirect or hiding retained useful pages from search.
- ConDisSca and Node-RED remain public historical pages at current addresses. Watson IoT and monday.com are outside the active offer; the exact HTTP treatment of their old URLs is not decided here.
2. Full numbered hierarchical sitemap
Legend: NEW = new page-level architecture, even if some source material exists; CARRIED OVER = retained/restructured existing page purpose. All nodes have explicit status. Logical tree grouping can differ from a preserved legacy URL's path. Conditional, evidence and translation nodes are reservations, not launch-ready pages. No wildcard hides articles, stories or language sources.
229 enumerated planning nodes: 93 English, 104 German reservations/source slots, 32 French retention slots. These are not approved launch or indexable URL counts. 242 source records are separately reconciled; 22 documents, 5 redirect records and 3 broken sources are not counted as new pages.

4. Language, retention and indexability rules
Full German mirrors are enumerated with provisional stable identifiers, not invented translations. Existing German source slots must be paired, merged or retained individually later; do not automatically redirect to English. French includes all 25 D1 HTML records plus 7 unverified sitemap-only references; template/form/conditional references retain review status rather than becoming substantive public offers. Distinct form query variants remain in the source companion, not duplicated as canonical pages.
An eventual production XML sitemap includes only verified canonical, indexable, public pages in their then-approved state. Exclude unapproved evidence placeholders, internal administration, forms without substantive landing content, dummy pages and unverified candidates. Retained useful French and historical public archives are not to be hidden by default. Use only authoritative page-specific significant-content timestamps for lastmod; no generation/build/current-date fallback. No production XML sitemap or robots configuration is emitted in Phase 3.
5. Complete source reconciliation
The companion source-disposition CSV and architecture JSON enumerate all 242 D5 records one-to-one using record IDs, exact source URLs (including query variants), source groups, D5 actions, proposed owners/destinations, treatment and original rationale. Empty destinations mean unresolved repair or exclusion from the active offer, not an instruction to delete. Existing redirects remain observations rather than newly approved rules. D2's 78 assets follow their owning pages subject to reuse/version/permission checks; no new asset audit is claimed.

8. Update check and phase stop
No change to the confirmed business model: licence distribution/renewals plus services. D1 remains the historical observation baseline; D5 v1.6 remains the content-map baseline. D6 resolves provisional buckets into explicit architecture without revising those baseline documents. Commercial omissions stay pending; they are not assumed online transactions. Phase 4 may refine the structure only after explicit confirmation.
