Different teams, one connected plan
Perforce P4 Plan, formerly Hansoft, brings tasks, milestones and dependencies into a shared planning environment. Teams can use Scrum, Gantt and Kanban simultaneously, with visibility across work, time spent and progress. It is a standalone planning application, distinct from Perforce P4 version control.
Adapt planning to the way your teams work
Product backlog and QA views help teams organise their work. Field-level permissions control what collaborators can see, while the Pipeline Editor turns recurring workflows into reusable templates. Imports from Excel, Microsoft Project and XML help create or update tasks. Placeholder Users support resource planning and comparison of scenarios before headcount is confirmed.
Connect plans to delivery
Link tasks to Perforce P4 changelists to connect planning with development activity and an auditable history. Perforce ALM connects regulatory and non-regulatory requirements. A GraphQL API, SDK and webhooks support workflow extensions and automation; the P4 Plan MCP Server connects to AI platforms. Review integration requirements against your environment rather than assuming every tool is supported.
Keep deployment under your control
P4 Plan supports on-premises deployment on hardware managed by your organisation. Assess installation, security and operational requirements for your environment; deployment choice alone is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Services at the start
Most customers need little beyond the tool itself. The main engagement comes at the start, where EVOCEAN offers Fast Starts, Trainings and Tool Audits, or specific integrations.
Licences and renewals
EVOCEAN sells P4 Plan licences and renewals. Licence scope and commercial terms are agreed for your environment.
