The EVOCEAN Group founded in Switzerland with customers mainly in Europe and operations today in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France has a growing team with an extensive professional knowledge and years of experience in various areas of the Product and Systems Development life-cycle to pave the way to the Digital Twin.

Philip Zollinger

Dipl. Electronical Eng. / Postgraduate Studies in Computer Science and Telecommunications

Philip Zollinger holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur with post-graduate studies in Telecommunications and Information Technology. He started his career in hardware and software development for aerospace systems including developing flight critical software. He took over project, system and international program responsibilties and led new product launches for the same supplier to the aircraft industry worldwide, also giving talks at special interest groups in the area of Ice Detection. After 1o years Philip then changed to a software engineering service provider, where he was responsible for reactivating a subsidary including complete sales and responsibiliy. It was there where he set up a Competence Center for Model Driven Development with the goal of combining experience, method, and tools. Since 2006 with EVOCEAN which he founded, extending the business model to more areas.

Dipl. Ing.

Frank Braun has a degree as certified engineer Nachrichtentechnik as well as a master certificate for electronics design. He has comprehensive experience in the software and systems development for embedded real-time systems; as a consultant and coach he has supported many customers in the development and realisation of their products and systems. Before joining EVOCEAN in 2013 Frank acted in the area of Marketing & Sales for consulting services and software development tools. Within EVOCEAN, Frank Braun is returning to his passion for training. He has the lead for Trainings at EVOCEAN and also takes key roles in building up the German market.

Your Tasks:

Support the teams to select and implement development and collaboration tools.
Motivate development teams during step-by-step change projects. Work together with our team of consultants and trainers to drive customer success.
Promote our image and services offerings at events, conferences and social networks.

Your Competencies:

Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineeing ideally in the automotive sector.
Fluent in UML, SysML. Experience with UML/SysML tools (experience with Rhapsody would be excellent, or/and high interest in learning Rhapsody).
Strong social and coaching skills, likes to act as a motivator and enabler. Open-minded, innovative and systematic.
Record of established lead in consulting in previous teams. Experience in Continuous Integration, distributed collaboration and Version/Configuration Management appreciated.
Bachelor’s degree or higher. English and German (spoken & written).
French would be an additional asset appreciated.

Ideally you are based in the area of Stuttgart – Nürnberg – Münich with a willingness to travel – we also like a healthy work-life balance.
